EZ Software has extensive experience in the tax and investment field as well as over thirty years software development experience in large corporate environments designing and developing programs that include Sales tracking software, Statistical analysis tools, Purchasing software, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) , Simulated Distillation software and several other complex programs for large corporations.

In 2005, the proprietors decided to join their respective areas of knowledge and focus their efforts toward small business.

The first product released, EZ BAS, is a simple, easy-to-use software tool designed to minimize the time involved in tracking income and expenses, producing a business activity statement, and reporting that information to accountants. EZ Invoice2 is a second tier product release in 2006.

Our mission is to identify jobs that require simple solutions, and to develop software that provides a simple solution and that is easy to learn and easy to use.

There are numerous jobs that require a simple, easy-to-use software solution and although there are a number of packages available for these tasks, few are easy-to-use.

Software developed by EZ Software considers each job as unique and does not attempt to enhance existing products to adapt to a variety of customers. Rather, we look at customer requirements, and, if there is a general demand, we develop.

What this means to our users is that they will not have to worry about learning "new" versions or enhancements to a specific software package, or being pressed to constantly "upgrade".

What has happened over the years in software development is that many software solutions began as simple, easy-to-use packages, but due to customer demand, the programs became bloated in an attempt to address varying requirements of differing customers. The result has been complex software that can take years to learn. Often, they are over-kill for what a small business needs.
